role – initially for 5 weeks, which was extended). At Sanctuary Housing, I have
been involved in creating a tool (which, entailed collecting, validating,
analyzing and interpreting a range of commercial data and insight). It has
provided a "one stop shop" approach to latest market data and
forecasts. My second project has been conducting workload and contracts
analysis using pivot tables, formulas e.g. vlookup’s, IF statements etc., to
create a new streamlined database model, which scrutinized projects, contracts
and workload monitoring.

Constabulary February 2013 - December 2016
(3 years 11 months). I have supported a variety of projects in a busy project
related environment: - together with
undertaking research work, providing full accurate and timely reports; and
collecting, analysing and presenting statistical information on a regular
basis.
A Business Support Officer has to be qualified to Prince 2 level (Foundation) and undertakes work in accordance with agreed project methodologies and processes; deputises for the project lead when required; and develops user specifications as part of an assigned work package in co-operation with the customer within projects restraints.

As a
Business Standards and Research Officer: - I had to, compile reports, to tight
deadlines, monitoring data using Enterprise Guide (for almost 2 years) and SAS
Base, together with quantitative and qualitative analysis, my role also
necessitated being an in-house IT Trainer for a Home Office database system,
which monitors Prolific Offenders. I was also responsible for creating and
updating the departmental Intranet Site using Microsoft Frontpage and
implementing business process analysis skills gained at the National School of
Government.
Before
this I was principally a Warrants Officer based in Gloucester and Cheltenham.

- December 2010 (10 months) My role necessitated the ability

external and internal sources relating to criminal justice service processes
and other issues. It involved the use of SSPS, web design skills, data
analysis, undergoing Prince 2 training, report writing and presenting the
results of research to Board meetings etc.
